Matrix M-stage 2012 v1(all black version) in great condition, I'd say on a scale of 1-10, this is a solid 9. Only the amp and power cord included in this sale. This is a fantastic amp for the money, but I have it in a box and don't use it much so I need to stop being stingy and let somebody else enjoy the #%&# out of it!smile.gif
