You guys listen to them FXZ100 with your best tracks using your best source.. I am gonna predict a purchase from all 3 of you guys and whomever else these are making their way to. Happy listening fellas. And please listen to them for more than 1.4 hours. Lol.

I completely trust you Nutman. I've been a part of your discoveries for over a year, and you've never led me astray.

Still, I don't think it's a crime to call something what it is. If it's bass-heavy, then it's bass heavy. No need to get defensive.

They better be pretty pecial if I'm to buy them! tongue.gif After all, I just paid my out-of-state Pharm.D tuition. It's enough to buy an entry level luxury sedan. Still, I'll sell some stuff if it's worth it.

I can't help it. LOL

I'm in line for a listen and I expect to enjoy them.bigsmile_face.gif

2.1 sytem, there is one subwoofer signal going to two subwoofers, left channel, right channel = 2, subwoofer =1, to be exact, but there are woofers(drivers) in the left and right channel, and tweeters as well for left and right channe speakersl.  Just to get that straight.....headphones only have a left and right channel, no subwoofers, just to add to more confusion, the 200's have three drivers and are a 2.0 system, and Dsnuts says they are like subwoofers on his ears......lmao!

Oh man I am having a hard time to pull this FXZ100 out of my ear...in fact, that problem leads me to another problem, the fact that I already put the FXZ200 in the cart @ Amazon.jp, and I am having hard time resisting to click the 'buy now' button...

AARRGHHH!!!!

The Apex Glacier with the 200 sounds phenomenal, being able to dac/amp from both the Samsung S3 & Note 2 (and with the app "usb audio recorder pro" almost any android devise can do the same)!!!

What kind of cable is that? I think I would need a micro USB to mini USB interconnect to connect my phone to my iBasso D10...

It's a USB OTG (On-The-Go) cable.. used with Android phones/devices so they can act as USB a host (opposed to a USB peripheral) to accommodate (compatible) USB DACs.  There's a fantastic thread (maintained by DanBa) over here that should answer any & all questions.

No & yes, as it required some DIY work!

First thing i suggested. Ime they certainly don't lack bass.

Only when they're underpowered do they become bass shy.

Now if only these came with a replaceable cable (a la Shure) for peace of mind, and an option for a cable with mic/remote...
