Reposting my original review from Amazon.com - these headphones are just too good to be left in the dustbin of history - for instance, I just bought a pair of Monoprice MEP-933, listed everywhere...
Somehow, the Ballad of Jed Clampett comes to mind, as I start to write this. You know, the Beverly Hillbillies. He was living his life, struck gold, and everything changed. That's kind of what...
Hi, Head-fiers. This is my first post as a newbie in the forum.
I will give a short introduction of myself. I am 18 years old currently studying in high-school. I love headphones because...
Build Quality: For something hand built, the overall build quality is quite good. Of course, it isn’t nearly as perfect as something from a plastic molding machine but it is far ahead from the...
Disclaimer: My only other good cans to compare these to are Beyerdynamics DT770 (250). I fully realize this review will be biased because of that. So please keep that in mind. This review is my...
Ive just received mine about a week ago and would like to know what kind of set up headphones / batteries used / life your getting from the PA2V2 ? thx
drenco, I've had mine for about 2 months now and I'm getting great battery life using the stock ones that shipped with the amp. For example: I just returned from a trip to London and I was able to use the amp/iphone4/X10i for each leg of the trip (roundtrip) with no problems. I started with a full charge and I think I might have tossed the amp on the charging unit maybe once for a short duration at the hotel.....that's it! What has been your experience?
Just done my first charge and run them down whilst running in my new headphones Audio-Technica-ATH-M50S, iPod classic 160gb, GQ 24 LOD cable using some Duracells supreme 2650mAh i managed to get 205 hours / 8.5 days which i thought was amazing.

Wow!!! That's incredible! I probably could have paddled my way to London and still had some life left in my PA2V2!
I should also say that was using AppleLossless files and the volume near MAX to what the Headphones could take whilst still being composed (which the way i'd set the gain screws up @' 2.40' the volume knob on the amp was at 12 o clock.
