Just as a reminder, you need to buy 2 of them for the Go Dap.
Hi, thank you very much.

Just be careful on eBay, as I don't want you to end up with some Chinese knock offs.

Yes. Be careful when you buy something cheap from ebay. The retail price here is about 3700 JPY (MUSES01) and 3600 JPY (MUSES02). MUSES just issue an official statement about counterfeit products a month ago.

Here is the close up picture of my MUSES01 and MUSES02 bought here in japan.

Very true, this was why I bought mine from a known supplier for almost double the unit price just to be safe.

I still have faith in humanity, but that hard to come by in my profession.  I hope things work out for you, and please take a pic for us to see.

Indeed, Venturecraft referred me to the manufacturer, NJR, who then referred me to their authorized reseller here in Singapore.

Here is the picture of the Muses 01 that I bought from ebay.

AppleMark

Looks like they are totally a knock off... so... where does one buy 2 Muses 01 in the US without buying in bulk?

Sorry for your loss, and here is where I got mine from (all the other places only sells in bulk):

Not sure why it was marked as a 206, need to double check when I got home.

Amusing side note:

The knock off Muses sound WAY better than the OPA276

Really?  The OPA276 wasn't that bad was it?

For my setup it was. I am running from an iphone 5s (has same results with my 4) to the Socket 1 to a Fiio E11 to my AS-2. The OPA276 made all music regardless of format harsh on the top end to the point of being sibilant in cymbals and voices. I thought that that was neigh on impossible with the AS-2 but there it was. The fake Muses really returns my setup to a smooth sound across the board. I even tried it with my DIY planars and they were really harsh as well.

Admittedly, I am rather sensitive to harsh highs but even though they are fake these "Muses" sound so much better. I am going to try to attend the NYC meetup (if I am available)... I will bring my setup then for people to hear.

I still haven't tried my 01 after I got it for my SDT.  My SDT has the 02 inside right now, but I am too lazy to change it out.

Ok I just checked mine and it does say 206 on it.  Also, on the bottom side there is a circle with "XK" marked on it.  Hope this helps.
