Beats Solo bought from AT&T store - possible fakes?

First of all, don't worry; I'm selling them lol. I lost my phone and I didn't have an upgrade available until next year, so I did a "partial upgrade" where they make you spend $300+ but let you pick out $250 in accessories. Anyway, I haven't opened them up because I'm gonna sell them and make some money back, but I noticed some peculiar things on the box. They're white Beats Solo (not HD) and they have special compatibility with HTC phones. Hard to find the same one on ebay (only found one other of the exact same thing). Now, for the odd things I noticed... there's no "tm"s anywhere on the entire box, and Dre's picture on the side is darkened (looks more like the fake Beats box I've seen in comparison pics). Is it even possible that a reputable company like AT&T could be selling fake Beats?

This is just a guess, but someone could have bought real ones and returned fake ones. I doubt AT&T workers really look at them when they are returned anyway. Go back to the store and check if all of them are like that...

Isn't there something on the beats website to check if they are fake.

I would definitely be suspicious as that sounds exactly like the fake pair that I bought on purpose, got them in china so technically nothing illegal about that, they are identical to the real things and are impossible to tell apart and even sound the same.  You have got a pair of fakes on your hands without a doubt but it could be difficult to explain to the store.

Maybe return it to the store and say "I wanted the black ones instead"
