Low impedance headphone for iPhone 5 that can handle phone calls?

Hi

I am looking for low impedance headphone that can also handle phone calls on my iPhone 5, in addition to music. Type of prones in order of preference:

over-ear

on-ear

in-ear

Over ear would be most preferred. I have never had in-ear. Lighter is better. I am looking for balanced frequency response without bass boost.

budget is $50-$250. If they really work well, I might get a second pair for the office. I usually do not find in-ear phones comfortable, but I am open. I also have a Ray Samuels headphone amp (P-51), which I sometime use, but cannot yet use on the iphone 5, I don't think.

I mainly listen to acoustic/jazz/chamber music.

Thanks in advance.

Jay

the problem with those is your normal headphone cords are already pretty long and you need the microphone to be near your mouth.

The Harmen Kardon BT(it's Bluetooth wireless headphones but included wire with remote canbe use too), V-Moda M80, Focal Spirit ONE, Klipsch M40 and Shure SRH940 are recommended.

Yes! You are right...
But I do more music listening than phone talking... So I prefer to have a better headphone than having a integrated mic.
Again, yes: you have a great point. Too much cable.
