I want to thank you guys for helping me chose my headphones 1-2 years ago. About 2 weeks ago my headphones finally decided to die and I sent it in for warranty . Today I received a brand new one... now my questions



1) Did they change the box color from copper/white to dark purple/white?

2) In the future if i need to rma again would I be using my old receipt with onecall or the new packaging slip from monster? would it matter?

3) Anyone here have rma their headphones more than once? Whats your experience?
