Has anyone tried the Slappa HardBody Pro case for full size cans?

I was doing some searching online and through the forums for a good case for my Denon D7000s. Most of the older recommendations are for either a Hippo case or a large Pelican case.

I came across this new SLAPPA product which is a hard case for full-size cans. Has anyone used this product yet? I can't tell if my Denon D7000s would fit in this case or not (and I haven't gotten a response back from their customer service yet).

So just to help people out, leave a comment if you've tried it and what headphones fit in there.

You can protect high end headphones with this case:

Thanks for the links. Those were the Pelican cases I was referring to in the original post. They seem perfect for the job, but honestly they are very bulky for what I would like. I would like to be able to transport them to and from work on a daily basis without people stopping me to ask if I am carrying nuclear bomb codes or my handgun collection :)

I think these would definetly work (and there is some cool pictures of how people have used them) for more serious storage, but I was hoping to find a nice sized case for carrying them daily that would protect them fairly well. That is why this new Slappa case intrigued me somewhat (but I don't know if my headphones would fit in it).

Would also like to know if anyone has pictures of that slappa product with headphones in it to see the fit. I'm interested to know if they would fit AKG K551 or AD900 size headphones....

Please post if you have pictures!

I'm also interested if my Sennheiser HD600 will fit in this case.

I have that case, and it fits my AKG K550.  It's a tight fit, but it fits.

yes, this case has me interested.  looks like the M100 case.

surely if the K550 fits, then my K167 will fit.

How hard is the case? I'm interested in getting one for my Denon D5000's but only if it is completely hard so they can't be crushed.

This case is hard, but it can still flex. I just put a 15 lb weight on it when it is closed (empty). It did not change shape. I feel like it could take more weight, but I don't want to find its limit.

I thought it'd be like that. I found this which looks ok as it has internal padding:

For what it's worth, my M50s fit with room to spare. It's kind of annoying that this case doesn't have a handle, though.

Fits DT880 and AH-D5000 for me. The one from ebay link above looks very interesting, I was eyeballing it for awhile today, the shipping kills the deal though.

Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing. The shipping really wouldnt cost that much. I might just get it cos it looks like a hard case with internal padding and a handle to boot.

Please post your impressions and pictures after you get one. It seems like the best out of the bunch I've seen so far.
