Thinking about selling my as-new Stax SR-009, with all original packaging included.  Asking price of $4199 CAD includes shipping anywhere in Canada.  

 

Less than 10 hours of total on head time.  No blemishes or any signs of wear and still smells new.  Guaranteed to be indistinguishable from a new unopened Stax SR-009 down to the tiniest of details (non wrinkled plastic baggies too!) or your money back.  Edit:  aside from a little ding on the bottom right of the wooden box cover that was there when I received it.

 

Edit:  Payment only accepted in Canadian dollars.

I took the SR-009s out of the closet where it has been sitting since June and took some pictures.  Unfortunately I noticed that there's a ding on the bottom right of the wooden box cover, which was there when I received it from PriceJapan.

Seeking Clarification. You are asking for $4199 US Dollars, but want payment in Candian equivalent? Also, do you have a general timeframe for when these headphones were produced? I read somewhere that early models of the Stax SR-009 may have had problems and underwent some change to their design or production process.

This Stax SR-009 was PRODUCED/BUILT during the end of March, and the 1 year warranty still has 5 months left.  It is from a late batch and does not have any of the imbalance issues prevalent in earlier batches.

 

I am looking for $4199 CAD.  The Head-Fi system does not let me specify a currency other than USD, GDP, and AUD... so I chose the closest thing.  I would strongly strongly prefer CAD as USD exchange rates via Paypal are brutal.
