head phone recommendation

HI guys, wondering about a head phone up to 250 GBP, and good for fast paced music, along with Vocals. These are what I want the headphones to shine at, and as long as other music still sounds decent, I don't mind.

Comfort, however,is extremely important. They need to be very comfy, preferably oval shaped cups, but if the headphones is good enough round is OK. Need to be comfy for 2-3 gotta hours without break.

On the amp/dac front, I need some advice on this for the headphones you Recommend, I will be running it through a pc for ninty percent Of the time, with onboard sounds that I assume will be inadequate. Max price of preferably 150gbp for both the dac and amp, but if it really is worth it, I'm sure I can summon up an extra 50 :-)

I am located in the UK as you may have noticed lfrom my GBP pricing, and cheap postage to the UK, along with easy access to the product from the UK would be great.

Thanks, sorry about the essay!

From sound alone, I would have suggested the HE-400s, as they sound great for male and some female vocals. Also very fast. But they are a bit heavy. I can wear them up to 5-6 hours, but my neck is abnormally strong, lol. Definitely some EU dealers for HiFiMAN, and you can order directly from head-direct as well. Easily driven, so you can use a decent soundcard, or a cheap amp/dac combo like the O2/ODAC, E17.

Something really good with all-around vocals are the HD600/(maybe HD650 if you can stretch the budget). HD580s (same as old driver HD600s) are readily available on ebay for ~100-200 GBP. Very good in comfort, I can wear them 24 hours no problem. Oval cups! Might need the O2/ODAC or something of similar power though.
