I purchased a brand new set of Beyerdynamic DT 1350's and Sennheiser Amperiors and just received them yesterday (look at the pic of tracking numbers and delivery date 10/8/2012) The reason I purchased both was to listen to them side by side to make sure which one I wanted. These are brand new and only listened to for about 8 hours and are in 100% perfect condition. I have everything that came in the package, Brand new condition headphones (only 8 hours old), un-dented box, owners manuals, both cables, even the little bag and twist tie that held the cables together (yes because I am very anal about my toys) It was a tough choice but I choose the beyers because I like the clarity and midrange and I think it will fit the majority of the music I listen to although the sennheiser's punchy bass is fantastic! I am looking for $225 shipped ups to anywhere in the US. If you happen to be in las vegas you can do local pickup and I will discount them.
