Need advices on my setup

Hi,

I live in an apartment so I slightly favor medium/treble over bass.

I'm looking for a decent, middle of the line, stereo setup. I'm a newbie.

So far, after a lot of reading and testing in shops, I feel like going with:

- KEF LS50 speakers http://www.kef.com/html/en/showroom/flagship_hi-fi_series/LS50/overview/
- Cambridge audio DAC Magic Plus http://www.cambridgeaudio.com/summary.php?PID=872&Title=DacMagic+Plus+Digital+to+Analogue+converter+
- Haven't found an amp yet, looking for ones around ~120w

My "requirements":
- USB2 audio (192/24)
- XLR

So I'm basically looking for 2 advices:

1) does that sound ok? (I haven't found shops with the DMP+ and the LS50 to test for example)
2) is there any sub $1000 AMP that is decent, with XLR, 120W (or around that value) that would go with the above? (class AB, or D, most likely)
