Music SQ is great when I play FLACs loaded (not streaming) on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus using Ultimate Ears TripleFi10's.

 

How much better will the SQ be if I played my FLAC's through a dedicated [under $400] FLAC Player?

 

 

How much better will the SQ be if I added a portable Amp to my Nexus / UE set up?

You may be better served upgrading your IEMs first. I never found the TF10s to be that good to be honest.
