Themed Monthly Avatar Committee (TMAC) discussion thread - Page 645

Only if "inanimate" is equivalent to "stationary". Of course, it also depends on the observer's frame of reference. A bug on the equator of the Earth is rotating at ~1040 mph relative to a non-rotating observer at the center of the Earth, but that non-rotating observer at the center of the Earth is moving around the Sun, and the Sun is moving around the center of the galaxy, which is moving around the center of the universe. After that you better ask Stephen Hawking... tongue.gif

TMAC is always in a state of superposition ala TwinQ-dinger's Cat. We may appear to be lull but in reality, we're all dead.

If we're all dead, then this thread is a very weird take on the afterlife that nobody among the living ever envisioned.

Though not strictly true of this thread, on the whole geeky Internet forums tend to be filled with virgins, so look around Head-Fi. You'll find quite a few, I reckon. Of the female variety, though...well, that wasn't in the contract, now was it? :D

In a superposition you are neither dead or alive, a limbo, but only as concerns the person outside the box.

Besides, achmed has already passed on to the other side.

It may be we're communicating over high-tech ouija boards, i.e. keyboards.

If relativity is true, why can't we pick our own relatives?

You can. Husbands/wives and adoption are your options.

Remember:- where there's a will, there's a bunch of feuding relatives....

Pineapples are THE superfruit.
