You missed an opportunity - you could have made a bundle selling wet wipes as "Official Bike Seat Sanitizers" tongue.gif
Some of those seats would need more than a wet wipe, a Karcher product might suffice though. biggrin.gif

Not a chance... too much exposed tackle for my liking, and the women have so much body paint on they might just as well be dressed. And the ones that don't have all the body paint on are eek.gif :what: eek.gif what is seen cannot be unseen.

That's pretty much been my experience with any public nudity (nude beaches, etc) - the VAST majority of the people you see are people you really, really wish you had not seen...

I second this. It's miserable around here and has been for about a month. The temperature usually goes low enough at night (low 70s) that it wouldn't be so bad to sit out on the porch and read, but with the humidity at a minimum of 90% most days, it's sticky and uncomfortable. Not to mention there's billions of mosquitoes.

I've never been to a nude beach, for that exact reason. An interesting idea (shall we say) in theory, but the many, many horror stories that abound demonstrate that it's usually lacking in execution in one or more ways.

damn, wrong thread.

I've been to a nude beach, it's not as exciting as you'd imagine.

This is one of the two times of year (the other is Jan-Feb) when you really don't want me to talk about the weather:

I'd love to have BB's weather. Here's our lovely week:

If it weren't for Wednesday, I'd say after the past month they've forgotten how to put up any icon that isn't the Scattered T-Storms one. It doesn't always actually rain, but it threatens to quite a bit, and of course the humidity stays high.

We've had a few nasty storms, but we haven't had a power outage yet. We usually get one per summer. And it's usually a 100 degree day the next day.

Sorry folks - I know it's nasty of me to brag about the weather - just remember that it's not all sunshine & Bay Watch babes. Don't forget:

- Outrageous housing prices (although they have come down A LOT from their peak)
- One of the highest total tax burdens in the country (income tax + sales tax + property tax + fuel tax + car registration + etc, etc, etc!)
- One of the worst of the "nanny states" - over-regulating EVERYTHING such that you wonder whether anyone in the state gov't has heard of the Constitution
- When the big earthquake comes or the inevitable meteor smacks into the Earth (ie see the book "Lucifer's Hammer"), I'll be tossed into the Pacific Ocean and Nevada & Arizona will become beach front property
- When the aliens invade, LA is nearly always one of the first to go: War of the Worlds (the original); Independence Day; Battle Los Angeles; Skyline; etc

Of course, Bay Watch really was filmed about 35 minutes South of where I am right now... tongue.gif

We had one this weekend that thankfully only lasted a minute so more like a brown out. Thank god too because it was still 80 & muggy outside. angry_face.gif

This week's average highs are all in the mid 90s. The end of the month looks horrible because average is triple digits. Blargh.
