It's revisiting an old theme in light of a new one. It's got layers. More layers than Tyll in that picture, at least.

I'll most definitely grant you that.  But alas, this month is all you.  You know, heavy lies the crown and all that.    Now if you've got a picture of yourself that I can colorize, I'd be happy to Photoshop that for TMAC.

So if, hypothetically, you have a "Star Wars September" or "Anime August" you can never use Star Wars or anime pictures in future themes? I'm seeing plenty of stuff here that isn't me: pictures of anime characters, K-pop celebrities, Darth Vader. So why no Tyll? I think he'd find it hilarious.

Sure you can.  But ideally, the central element would be somewhat different from the previous month.

And yes, I was planning on using it as my avatar for a week or two. Since I'm this month's theme I thought it would be interesting to use last month's theme as my own avatar (modified to fit still, of course). Plus you have to admit it would look hilarious.

Sure it would!  I didn't know that you'd actually use it though.  You see, every so often, someone comes in here like it's a Photoshop symposium and starts laying down challenges for no reason.  Because of the lateness of the hour (and the ordeal jgray put me through), I was a bit chary of the request... which I now realize was actually a request.  My apologies...

To make up for that, I actually ended up staying up and busted one out.  I hope it meets with your approval.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go clean all my Photoshop brushes.
