This ain't nothing compared to the anime thread LOL. That's how I got HS in 2 months time.

Since the vote seems unanimous, time to take down the poll and get in some suggestions for what we're going to do with Jude January? There's the movie poster idea. Or maybe just vote on which posters it's going to be once we're all pass the festive days (read: when warrenpchi and Doc is available to lend their awesome might of Photoshoppery.)

I've done worse. I've had too many tabs open in Notepad++, selected the wrong CSS file, changed a bunch of class declarations, and refreshed the page I thought I was styling a dozen times, wondering why everything was jacked up and wasn't responding to my increasingly frustrated attempts to make it change at all. It took me ten minutes the last time (which was a week ago) to realize I had been working in the wrong file.

Yep, i was suprised too

Yeah but it's fun ain't it.  WAIT, THAT IS A GENIUS IDEA!  How come HF doesn't have a chat lounge?  Can you imagine the shenanigans we'd have in there?  On second thought, yeah, okay that's why HF doesn't have a chat lounge.

We've missed you too.

Ambiguity is it's own reward.

It'll be like this T-shirt:

Bowei, you're shown in red.

That should be an award that gets passed around every year... to the member who contributes most to the advancement of our hobby.  We'll call it The Jude.

And I know EXACTLY which cans I'm giving him, and no, they're not Beats.

LOL, hey nywytboy68, can you still remember what treble sounds like?  biggrin.gif   BTW, are you in the city or upstate?  If you're in the city, I hear it's possible to go into J&R and haggle prices.

I can't remember who it is ATM, but there's supposedly a 13 year old kid somewhere around here.  Still, this is the interwebs.  We could all be 80-year old women and no one would know.  Except for Jude... he's got pics so it happened.

I'm guessing it's the Anime Thread.  99% of the time Bowei talks about a thread other than the one he is in, he's referencing the Anime Thread.

eek.gif   Bowei, now you know why the volume on all your sources are turned way up every morning.

Yeah, you may be right.  obobskivich is also pretty epic.  In fact, I learned from him.  But he's been a lot more sedate as of late.  Recently, I've been practicing a new style of quote-fu involving crazy nested quotes.  Once day, I shall master the art and have a crazy hall-of-mirrors thing going on.

BTW, WTF, how do I suddenly have more posts than you?
I gotta drown it out

Time for some off topic....

As great as the musicians are in the band Dream Theater, I can't follow the band because I just don't like the singer's voice....he can hit all kinds of crazy notes, it just doesn't work for me.

However, it seems I am not alone.....very_evil_smiley.gif

Because then all the information would be passed in chat and not made public for google

Awesum, reminds me of Zombieland (Cardio and double tap) also reminds me to have my shirt made for when my niece is born ("Worlds greatest Uncle")

its all fun and games until it goes psycho and tries to take control of a civilization.

Was talking about this thread :P, but 80 year old woman, impossible, its called baking.

nesting is boss, but its effort, so it depends on how worth it it is.

BTW, WTF, how do I suddenly have more posts than you?

Simple, I barely posted for the past few months. And December will be no exception, going away from Saturday until the 7th. YEAH, Mabalingwe, Ballito, Sodwana.

I believe he is the only member i have ever seen on headfi with a link for a custom.

LOL!  Yup, you missed it.  It was there all along.

Hmm, Anakchan's CT is a link to photo of an M-80 in the snow.

And Voldemort.

I still don't have facebook, or twitter, or myspace. And I'm a young software developer. (World may just end)

MMMM how many people here are developers? I wonder.

With my affinity for Gaiwans, Pandas, K-Mok and Faye Wong, I should start visiting bowei006's thread a time or two a week...over tea.

I don't either, but I'm not a young dude anymore. Then again, an awful lot of people my age are on at least one of those three.....

Surprisingly, it's been hours yet, no one on HF seems to be talking about Anoushka Shankar's or Norah Jones' pop...

Dems FIGHTIN' words!

In a way I'm almost kind of sad. Wink had his previous avatar ever since I joined up here, over two years ago, and it always made me smile every time I saw it. On the other hand, it fits his sense of humor to do something this, and I did laugh for about fifteen seconds straight. Plus, it shows just how far reaching this thread's influence truly is.

I wonder what custom title will be doled out as penance for this.

At this point, just web development. But I'm sort of easing my way into a possible CS major. Hopefully I'm not as hopeless at learning a programming language when I've actually got instruction as I have been the several times I've (admittedly half-heartedly) tried learning on my own. I'll probably find out next semester whether or not I'll be able to hack it.

1. I get up & 52 new posts,...holy cow!!! And this thread will be #1 shortly.

2. Hey, how did you guys know about the prunes?

3. Yes, I actually CAN hear the treble. I get a hearing test @work yearly.

4. J&R is a favorite destination of mine, but I've never seen anyone haggle with them. But, if you have second thoughts, they OFFER to lower the prices a bit. B&H is more the haggling type of B&M.
