My dad bought me the sennheiser ie80 iems for my birthday. I am seeing that many people think it is a good idea to get a portable amp for high end iems. Do i need a portable amp for the ie80? if so, i would probably use a digital line out for my iphone to not amp and already amped signal. If you think these headphones warrant an amp, what would it be, and how can i make it work between and iphone, and the sennheiser ie80? I would like to keep it under 50$, or whatever is recommended.
