JDS Cmoybb - Only receiving audio output from one side of headphones?

I recently purchased the JDS labs cmoybb portable amp online used and I received it today. For some reason I am only getting audio from one  side of my headphones? I tried 3 different pairs with the same result, and have tried to different 9V batteries which are both new. Is there any way to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Either there is a cold solder joint or possibly a pin on the opamp isn't contacting properly. If it is the later, the easy fix is to take the opamp out and bend all the pin just slightly outward so they are all making good contact with the socket. If it is the former, unless you and someone you know can solder, you'll need to send it back to get fix.
