What's a good upgrade from the A-Jays 3? $100 or under!

I just purchased a Cowon C2, and this has taught me that my Ajays 3 are not quite doing the job anymore.  Right now I am currently in search of a good budget IEM for under $100.  I have done a lot of searching, but decided that my best bet would be to come here and ask those who know what they're doing.

The Etymotic HF3, HF5, RE0, RE-ZERO and Sony EX600 are very good sounding IEMs under this budget.

I have heard a lot about both the Audio Technica ATH-ANC23 and te MEElectronics A151...i think thats what they are called. Are the ones you listed better than those? I was hoping to not spend the extreme upper range of my budget, but I will go there if need be.
