A patient and good man is that n00b! Luckily, he has his mh1c's (and cable) to bid his time!

Seriously though, I'm really looking forward to your comparisons. I am also thankful to Atomik because he got the BE's on my radar, and I gotta say, I'm friggin' loving them.

Edit: Btw, dsnuts or someone (anyone but me lol!) should fire you off his ad900x's so that you can throw them into the fray - they're friggin' awesome! Mind you, they are 1/3 the price of the HD600's, so nevermind!

It's all in the technique meng.

Atomik still owe me one, he know what's up. wink_face.gif  jk He is a generous/ kind hearted dood, i am sure he is cool with our devious plans for his beloved GR07 BEs.

But i don't want him to become too thirsty cuz his GR07 has been away for so long though.

I just ordered VSonic GR07 BE from Lendmeurears. I was going to order them from Amazon from MP4Nation for $180, since it was fulfilled by Amazon, but I took the chance to save $35-$40. I hear good things about Lendmeurears until you have to send something back for warranty issues. Some people say it takes over a month to get repair/replacement. Additionally I ordered the Vsonics from Lendmeurears website, I'm thinking it would have been safer to go through their Ebay store? I'm currently training for a triathlon and was planning on using these with my Galaxy 3s hooked up to my Fiio E17 soon to be the E12. I will mainly use them when running indoors since I use the phone only when running outside. Pandora will be my source. On that note, as I ramble, has anyone tried Pandora One? It's supposed to be 192K. Is the difference noticeable from the free version?

Thanks

Maybe you are thinking of the V7007?   If so, we`re talking approx $320 US.

Hmm, in that thread, Kova4 said the following, so I clearly don`t know what I`m talking about lol:

I don't know if that's been posted in another thread but Lendmeurears posted an update on facebook, which ends with this: "Lastly, on the products side, there should be 2 new products coming from the Vsonic side in the next 2 months so stay tune. But it will not be the hybrid iem that many of you are looking for. More info on the hybrid will be posted soon!"

Thanks guys. I was going to just get the GR02 BE, but thanks to this thread I just had to get the GR07s. I don't know how but in a matter of 2 months since joining this forum and getting into audio, I now have 2 new headphones, new speakers and now going add a pair of these to my collection.

Can anyone tell me if sound quality wise I'm going to be in for a pleasant surprise moving from the Sennheiser HD-25 to the GR07 BE? I know that headphones vs IEM are different things, I'm just curious if I could get a close approximate answer - and that the HD25 are so uncomfortable just want to get rid of them if they can be replaced by the GR07s.

Cheers!

I believe the v7007 was the "hybrid",but two new models were coming as well,I heard rumors of the BE simply getting removable cables. Some others suggested a whole redesign for the gr07 mkiii,so perhaps the Be may get a redesign too.

I've heard a comparison or two between these and the HD-25, but I can't say personally.  I can say, however, that I did have to give up my DT1350 for IEMs (and ultimately the BE) because they were too uncomfortable due to clamping force and I've heard the HD-25 are similar.  I think the BE's sound quality is stellar personally, and you likely won't be disappointed.  I'm not sure of anyone in particular that has heard both, though.  Based on what I have read about the HD-25 in the past, it seems like they'd be similar in presentation, but I'd think the BE has better extension.  If you do decide to get the BE, please report back and let us know!

sfwalcer.

mainly because you have the 200.

If the Brainwavz m5 I'll be getting are satisfactory, I just might allow eke to send them to you.

they say you don't know what you got till it's gone, but I think in my case it'll be when it returns.

Got my GR07 BE today and I am very impressed so far. Just the right amount of bass, incredibly clear presentation, excellent detailing, slightly sibilant with t's and s's but nothing major. Very pleased.

i am right about to order the bass editions, can can anyone shine a light on how the Gr07 BE compares with the Westone um3x? the um3x sound phenomenal, but are wayyyy out of my price range. Do the BE need an amp,can they be eq'd? thanks :D
