sorry, forgot to mention that when using headphone out i try all the 3 gain levels, the third give the biggest soundstage but not that clean sound.

btw it sounds very good, but since i heard it + O2 and knew it could sound better, now i just want to listen to the better sound :D giving me a hard time, listening to it alone ..

In fact, they are not the best in their price bracket, and in fact even headphones that are cheaper, like the Dunu's Landmine, are better. Of course, personal preference plays a huge part in our selection, and you might prefer the Shure's sound signature. So they are not better but you might end up enjoying them more.
What about the shure se215 special edition?

I agree, Shure the lower end one are no contest compared to the Vsonic. If you get up to the 535 and 846 than that is different and so is the price by a huge margin. My favorite IEM is the GR07be...

they are not in the same, league. SE 215 can compete with VSD1 but not with GR07

For an extra 9 SGD (roughly 7 dollars) they will throw in a vsonic UU2, which I believe is an earbud? Not sure, didn't check. They must be just lieing around collecting dust to throw them in.

Of course this is literally a day after I ordered the new Audio Technica IM50...looking for a headphone to wear to the gym so I don't break my GR07BEs accidentally and not be able to replace them.  Grrrrr.

The GR07BE has more details, but the RHA smoother, more fun, easier to listen, better build quality.

I prefer it over the Vsonic.

I believe that it is a matter of preference about the sound signature.

RHA MA750 is Warm and smooth, GR07 Balanced.
