Sorry if this discussion has been beaten to death, but has anyone found any tips that isolate better than the single flange hybrid tips with foam without destroying the highs? I tried my Klipsch bi-flange and Ety tri-flange tips and those both killed off the treble. I also tried some Meelec tri-flange tips cut down to bi-flange, but those were a bit uncomfortable to my ears.
There's a tips thread (http://www.head-fi.org/t/579151/gr07-tips-thread) with more detailed answers than this but the single hybrids without foam seem to be the only option if the bi/tri didn't work out for you. I'm trying to adjust to the meelectronic tri flange right now and I can say it isn't that pleasant of an experience, but the sound is great. I also like the stock silicon that came on them.
