So I sent in a pair of Panasonic HTF-600 headphones for repair to Panasonic service center. The right driver was blown-would cut in and out, distorted etc. A week later I get a letter saying you did not include your receipt-which I did-so I faxed it over again. The next day this arrives from UPS!
Technics DH1200. It came with a letter only saying included in package was a substituted model. You can say that. $111 model for a $28 model. Needless to say I am very pleased and never expected anything like this from Panasonic. I have only heard horror stories on getting their products repaired.
