Sorry to go OT, but PurpleA, is there a noticeable difference between the DT880 600 and the DT880 250 and if so, is it worth paying the price difference? (My amp can easily handle 600 ohms.)

First off, how much a price difference?

I would would say the DT880 Premium 600-Ohm is only very slightly better then the DT880 Pro 250-Ohm.

The only reason I bought my used DT880 600-Ohm is because I got a really good price (under $200),

It was an hour and half round trip drive and I paid cash.

 

You should be happy enough with the DT880 250-Ohm.

Yeah you will hear very little difference b/w the two models.
