Which audio chip is used in LG Optimus G?

Does anyone know if this new smartphone is using wolfson DAC?

I think it's a Qualcomm WCD9310.

You're probably right; the Nexus 4 contains WCD9310, and apparently its innards are identical to those of the Optimus G.

 

Between GSMArena's "Audio output is nicely clean, if somewhat quiet" and Golden Ears' impedance measurement (the Optimus G clocks in at 1.89Ω), I may be a buyer.
