Doesn't make sense to me.

Will this iRiver AK100 will work perfect with my Westone 4R, or not?

added impedance, up to 30 or so ohms, makes the W4 FR a bit more neutral, whether you like that or not...

Thank you very much for that, so more neutral mean that will change the sound of W4R quite a lot right? Is that with the full FR or just the low ones?

The full frequency response.  It looks like it will slightly lower the midbass and give more upper mid presence and treble extension.  Check out the impedance graph here:

Inks was recommending to try around 30 ohms, so it seems 22 would work with it but who knows if your future IEM purchases would work with it:

No reviews on this iRiver yet? I really like the form factor, hope will sound much much better then Clip+.

It hasn't been out long and only just showed up on the U.S. iRiver site (with no price yet...)

I just purchased it but haven't used it enough to compare with my current players right now and to write a comprehensive review...

 

Also I'm pretty new at this so it may be a bad review xD
