S*!t! I was in the Navy, stationed in Guam!

Holy crap really?? I remember when CD's came out and a lot of guys thought that they were the wave of the future...
I kept all my LP's...have been offered some crazy money for some of them too...but figure...wait until we have kids...then use that money for some of their college. And if we don't have any...it's a win...I keep all of them...or trade them in for the money for another Harley! LOL
Good thinking! But you'll never sell them!
HA! Bro....
You're right! LOL
I hear that...pretty cool that you get together so often to hang.
RWAK100 incoming....

How many guys are in the GB?
RWAK100 tomorrow...
I am in for the GB. Vinnie has me on the list.
Hi nelamvr6
Luckily I have not. I've kept my Heybrook TT2, Ortofon MC20Mk2, Surpex MC+Stepup transformer, Dynavector all in my storage in Toronto, Canada (now I'm working in China). Although I seldom seen them but they are part of my memories of the past.
In the CD early days, my friend bought a Hitachi CD player (the CD placed vertically and can be seen through the window) and I was not convinced of the CD sound, at least for some 4-5 years. I remembered my first CD was bought around 1991or 92, a Marantz CD player.
Now with all the high res releases and I am selling all my CDs and is gradually replacing my CD collections with the high res albums.
Cheers,
