I have tried, and for me, not comfortable. They do not sit inside the hollow of your ear like a Westone, or have that sleek smooth curve like the Phonak. That said, compared to the TF10 they are the most comfortable thing to lie on ever. Trying to lie down with a pair of TF10's in, is like someone trying to hammer a bolt through your skull biggrin.gif

I love my W3 for that type of fit too but unfortunately you cannot lie down with these because it will cause the driver to collapse and is very uncomfortable.

Talking of which...

 

Just got my new Fiio E07K ANDES. This, combined with the 75Ohm Adaptor, may well suit some people. Smooths the whole spectrum, yet leaves the clarity and detail intact and gives a nice balanced sound. If you are a fan of the H100's sparkly trebles, then this sound won't be for you however.

 

This is running my E07 as an AMP & DAC from my laptop, haven't tried it with any of my DAP's yet.

Nope, unfortunately no. Merock which is the seller of the C3 said it can take about 20 days for Oceania and I'm leaving on the 21st for vacation so maybe I cant take it with me and have to stick with my S9... mad.gif

I purchased through Merock, mine took about 12 days. He's only saying 20 days t cover himself. I could be wrong though leaning towards you will have it by the 21st.

Well you are in Straya? Hmm, its been about 12 days now and it has yet to come. I will post impressions as I get it. Might not use that adapter as the C3 may not be loud enough.

Yep, Straya! I believe this week sometime yours should arrive, but you also have Christmas mail fighting against you, very busy period, I had to pick mine up from the post office it didn't come to my door they left a card in ze mail box. Better sound than the S9, but remember it's going to be different at first. wink.gif It will sound more natural for starters. H-100 + Colorfly C3 = superb pairing. Together they get this tone going on in timbre I can't replicate with other sources, you can thank C3 for that. The way C3 puts detail across and separation is really cool. Funkiest little DAP round town man...Totally cool little player. cool.gif

Yeah, I hope it comes this week or next. Thats what I'm afraid of, not being use to something. I must get use to the controls and the sound. The player looks awesome to. Is the C3 and H-100 your main setup?

Depends what genre I'm listening too, my mood, how much of CK4's potency I can take in a single session with H-100. I'd say 65% of my time is with C3 the rest with CK4+, mainly because CK4 is just so strong in mid range areas, whereas C3 has that timbre I love and is balanced. The Cowon S9 just sits there really after hearing the Colorflys, you really understand how mainstream the Cowons sound, especially when they sound lazy at higher volumes. The S9 has great bass response but there's more to it than a low end, that's where the Colorfly's come in and take over.
