Help; I need some advice.

I have always wanted to buy the best of the best sound equipment for amazing quality. I have been thinking of buying the Sennheiser HD800's, but i'm unsure about what amp to get.
I play guitar, and that's what the setup would mainly be for. I also want to listen to music off of my computer using the Sennheisers too. I'm not sure which are the best connections for the best quality output.

I want all these to be connected together and run through my computer. I am a complete noob, and the best audio i have at the moment is; Logitech z-5500 and a Creative Soundblaster sound card in my computer. They're running through a Digital (Optical) cable.

Any advice would be appreciated, even if it's abuse, just make sure you can tell what would be a better choice (with actualy facts).

Money isn't a care. (just don't go too extreme e.g. 50,000. -_-)
