Thanks.

That's still noticeably more powerful than your average DAP. It doesn't seem to be far off in power from the P and BA as well :).

Seems to be really good , do you have any plan on making a highend player? you know with all the frills

They are designing some sort of amp if i am not mistaken but their philosophy is that if you can bring the best sound from cheaper equitment why bother with expensive gears. I for sure welcome a studio V with a brand new UI.

They actually do have a high end player in the works but that will be down the road and it will have high end parts at least from what I heard. There is no time table for it so don't get your hopes up. But I can imagine how good it could sound if they are able to make equipment with lower end DACs sound really good :).

lol that would be interesting :). Since I am not the only one who knows about the name of the player I guess I'll throw it out there since it's obviously known to some other people. The players name is suppose to be "The Master". But for now Hisound is focusing on other things and they are quite happy with the products they have released and releasing for now :).

We have never give up to provide the audiphiles the highest audio experience. Especially at the portable audio field, we still not find any portable players can be qualified called hi end. It is a regret.  The more regret thing is that the portable player brands are almost the young and low end brands.we expect the home hi end audio brands join in. MUSIC products need decades of  music practice and music experience accumulation than not the "techincal matter"

We insist that apply some high end chips or compenents are not really hi end audio gear.

Only the music performance can be superior, the sound quality has sronger unique character, which is only belong to one company or one designer, this kind of audio gear can be called hi end. High resolution sound is not difficult to realize. But sweet music is hard to do .

If this is truly their philosophy , then its a really good one , introducing this hobby to more people can't never be bad, since the most common roadblock is the  huge price wall , with headphones costing more than what they are used to seeing

What I am asking though, would they have a player that top all of the line , their crown in the product line , like the literal "This is the very best we can offer without any price limit" kind of product

I hope you can deliver Jack. Also no hiss now ;).

The current Studio V 3rd ANV is a great product with a couple flaws that are stopping it from being one of the best DAPs out there. For me the hiss is still the biggest issue as it will interfere with my listening sessions. Secondary is the UI. If you manage to address both of those issues and miraculously make the unit sound even better. You will have a very good player Jack. I believe it can be done. I'm also lusting it can be done lol because I'd love to have a decently portable device with longer battery life and superb sound quality without the flaws known to come with DAPs manufactured in China. smily_headphones1.gif Things have gotten better but it's time to raise that bar even higher.

Thanks lee, We hope NOVA will be a new stage or new page on our history. Let's see  if it can satisfy your standard of perfect players.
