For Sale: Heir Audio 8.A [add Whiplash TWag V2 OM cable with the 8.A for extra $old]

It's been quite some time since I last logged onto head-fi as I've simply been too busy the past several months. I'm back now, but it's a sad day for me as I decided to put my beloved Heir Audio 8.A up for sale due to financial issues. Plus I really don't need 4 pairs of customs. I am the first owner and these were originally purchased earlier this year with the date on the warranty card is Feb.2, 2012.

The issue at hand is that I don't have the actual warranty card with me and I won't be able to get it until Christmas. I have yet to get a response from Heir Audio to clarify with me whether or not this will affect the "ownership transfer policy" where second and third hand owners can get a reshell for $70. Regardless, I will still send the warranty card to the buyer once I get it in hand. For the time being, I am going to assume the worst and that the reshell will be full-priced, so if the ownership transfer service is still valid then it's your gain and my loss. You can also just wait until December when I can send the warranty card and reshell it then, which will guarantee the $70 reshell service. Since I haven't been keeping up with head-fi, I'm not sure how much these go for now..but a quick visit to Heir's website shows that they are $1299. I am looking for $old for the 8.A. The 8.A will come with a clear otterbox 1000, a stock UM or JH cable, and a cleaning tool. 

Just a note on the 8.A.- They are in absolute perfect condition. I take excellent care of all my belongings. They have never been dropped and always put back in the otterbox when not in use. I live in a smoke free apartment with no pets. 

I also have a Whiplash TWag V2 OM cable in clear that I'm looking to sell. The cable is 48" with terminated into a straight Oyaide 3.5mm. It was originally purchased almost a year ago, once again first owner, and does have a small crack in one of the wires near the left socket (see photo). It works perfectly though and hasn't even began to turn black yet. Looking for $old for just the cable or $old for the 8.A + TWag V2 combined. That is a lot of savings compared to buying a grand new 8.A!
