Hello, I gonna buy the beyerdynamic T1, but I don't realy know what headamp should i buy.

My budget is something like 800 $ (500--600 euros).

I have now a CD player marantz which works very nice, and a stereo amplifier NAD.

I know nothing in headamps, that's why I request your help.

I don't know in what order i have to plug the amps/ cd player ect ect..

I thank you so much for help me.

Meier Corda Classic, Musical Fidelity M1HPA, Woo WA2. These 3 are quite good with the the T1 IME.

The Burson HA-160, wasn't a good match when I heard it with the T1, so if the soloist is similar sounding I don't know how well it would fair.

ok thank you.

I have a last question :the corda classic and M1PHA have aproximately the same price.

Do you think one of them is better with the T1 than the other?

thank you for answers which helped me smile.gif

Are you located in the EU? I would go for Violectric V200, V100 or Lake People G109. All available from http://www.thomann.de/

Corda Classic I really like with the T1 very neutral sounding and has the crossfeed feature which is useful. The M1 adds a nice punch in the low end, and really gives it a nice bassier sound, so if your looking for that I would go with the M1.

Well, I mainly listen rock, hard-rock, a bit of metal, soul, and a bit of classical music too ( i love the lord of the rings's music!).

So, i don't realy know if i must chose neutral sound or bassier.

it will be my last question about that thread, i hope you could give me an answer biggrin.gif.

cordially.

If you're listening to everything I suggest going with the Classic as its neutral and should be more versatile with everything. And to top it all off the Classic was designed around the T1 headphone so its a great match.
