I have JH 16 for almost a year now. I am running into some problems and was wondering what the best way to fix it. First the right ear phone have a slight pain when I put it in. After a month the pains goes away and fit comfortably and after a year now it seem to be loose and I can't get a tight seal anymore compare to the left ear. Also the connectors is bended and I have gone through two wire already because of that problem. I am still using it right now but wondering if that would damage the earphones. What is the best way to solve this situation and what should I know to prevent further problems. Thank you for your advices in advance.

You should contact JH for a refit price and get your impressions done again and tell them about the bent plug problem and maybe even get a discount because of the problems you have with them ruining wires. Its recommended that customs get refits every 5 years or so because your ears are always changing shape over time, butafter only 1 year it could be weight loss or you just have unusually fast changing ears
