I really don't want to send cable to service, 2-3 weeks without Hifiman gonna be really hard :P I'm also really intressed to try Hifiman silver cable, so how can we solve this problem?

I know this is really not something for me to answer, but maybe consider an aftermarket cable?

This really seldom happen. Please leave me a PM with the payment receipt of your HE-6, we will see what we can do. We will not let you wait for such a long time.

i'm loving the sound but the highs, the highs get too sibilant and hurt me ears (like actual pain not proverbial pain)

Just wanted to say that the customer service is excellent. Got brand new replacement for my RE272. There was mild short circuit in the right earpiece wire near the strain relief. Detectable only when moved to certain angle.

Hi:

I ordered a RE-400 and a HM-602 from the head-direct web site. I wonder if they are both in stock now? when will it be shipping to me?

Thanks a lot!

Hi, I didn't find an order for RE-400 and HM-602 together. Would you please send me the transaction ID for reference? You can send me a PM.

Thanks for your support. Sorry to hear that there is still problem with your RE-272. Is it serious? Would you please try to adjust the adapter and cable and listen to it for a while to see if the problem still exist?

I think he means that that was the problem with his old pair.

Problem was with old pair. Replaced pair is brand new and I think it's a revised, better version.

I ordered the HE-400 from Head-Direct's Amazon storefront (only because I had a giftcard to use). I was expecting them to ship USPS from within the US (I'm in the US). However, my shipping notice is FedEx from Hong Kong. My only concern is returning them during the 30-day window should they not fit my needs- will I be required to ship them back to Hong Kong or will I be able to return them via USPS? Of course, hopefully I will be keeping them but this is still a concern!

@erichd....I ordered a RE-400 yesterday, having not read any review, other than Clieos stating in a post that the RE-400 was a lot like the RE-262, which I did not like at all.  So, I went to the order on Head-direct and cancelled the order.......can you tell me how long it takes for my Paypal to be refunded?

Hi, if you do not like it, please send an email to customerservice@head-direct.com asking for return. You do not have to ship them to Hong Kong, but to our office in US.

Hope you would love them.
