Lower in one ear when compared to the other - I don't know what you call it.  I call it a channel imbalance.  I could be wrong..  but It's not right.

Hi, please measure it with multimeter first. If the difference is outside certain range, you may have to send it back for replacement.

Hi, I know this may be a tall order, but where/how can I demo a pair of He-400s. I have been wanting to demo for a while but there are 0 HiFi audio stores nearby!

Maybe try buying from a place with a good return policy, and return if you don't like them? That's the best I can think of.

Hi

 

I have problem with my OCC cable from Hifiman HE-6 which has started to oxidize couple a weeks ago and it's looks worse every week.

I really don't want to send cable to service, 2-3 weeks without Hifiman gonna be really hard :P I'm also really intressed to try Hifiman silver cable, so how can we solve this problem?
