Audio-GD NFB-15, Sound only plays left channel

I have it hooked up with the USB, drivers installed.  Balance adjustment is fine, etc.

 

Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

OS?  Media player?   Output? (ASIO, WASAPI, KS, DS).  Are you using the supplied usb cable?  Powered usb hub?

Windows 7 x64 with the Audio-GD x64 drivers from the NFB-15 site page installed.

 

I've tried foobar, winamp, & mpc-hc

 

I've tried multiple headphones

 

I've tried ASIO, DS, WASAPI, & the NFB-15 drivers

 

I'm using the supplied ferrite core USB cable hooked up to a regular USB port

The supplied usb cable is very hard to push in (NFB-15 side).  I used it about a minute and replaced it.  Just when you think it's seated, you have to push it in a bit more.

You the man, that's all it was.  I knew it had to be something simple.

 

Hey also, I hooked up the optical cord to my mobo and adjusted the input switch and there's no sound.  Do that need a special driver?  I went in the control panel with the USB unplugged and the optical hooked up and the unit doesn't show up.

No, for optical no driver. On the media player just output to your SPDIF Interface or named something in that ballpark. WASAPI etc.
