Remaster of Stairway to Heaven help please?

I am at my witts end at trying to find a version of Stairway to Heaven that doesn't have the guitars playing from the left channel continually. I utterly can NOT stand it. I want to rip my hair off and my ears will bleed. That is how bad I can't stand continuous dedicated sounds from only one channel.

So I went and looked at what albums or compilations or whatever that song is in...........and my reaction was to be expected as this:ಠ_ಠ

There were so many different versions or recordings or CD's out that I am just dumb struck at how many there are. And thus I searched for the remaster and voila. A 2007 version, does that one have the guitars on both channels?

I am currently listening to the Live version from what I believe to be a concert film the Song Remains the Same. It is pretty nice, but I would prefer a regular version, so can anyone lead me to the album that contains it? Or if even the 2007 Remaster is it? I refuse to purchase it from Amazon by the way. I got $5 worth of credit to their MP3 store this year and never again. Never have I heard such a legit company and paid songs have such crappy encoding on them. They were 256kbps but the amount of distortion, clipping and various articles that pop in were something that were not in the Lossless verions I had to compare.

If you're referring to the "Mothership" remaster, the intro, and first verse (up to the first chorus) have the single acoustic guitar left side, and recorders right side (about the first 2 minutes).

After that the second guitar kicks in - and you have one in each channel (the left is the acoustic, and the right is the electric).

To me it still sounds stunning after all these years :)

I know what you mean but I hope you get what I mean when I say that I will rip my hair out. Anything past 10 seconds gets annoying and possibly deadly (I kid) to me.

Acoustic on left and electric on right? I can't do that. I guess I'm stuck with the semi live movie concert recording of it then as it has both guitars on both channels.

It does sound amazing :) Been listening to it over and over. Well I guess even if I am stuck on this one, the concert soundstage is awesome :)

Thanks by the way.
