If I manage to make the amp work before the 18th, I'll definitely bring it.

Doesn't look easy for a first build. I wish you the best of luck.

Why are you asking me for help, by the way? I'm the guy that doesn't have a working B22 after more than a year.

Because you ARE building a b22 smily_headphones1.gif

Your typical soldering gear?
Soldering iron, soldering pump, various pliers, tweezers, soldering wire, helping hands, decent multimeter, IPA, assortment of small clamps, electric tape, flux, sponge, water, toothbrush, soldering iron stand, assortment of screwdrivers, magnifying glass, and last but not least caffeine.

Are you expecting me to name brands and models of all the stuff I have?

Soldering chips is easy, as long as you use the right techniques. I use a Weller soldering iron, but it really doesn't matter what brand you use, as long as it doesn't break down after a couple uses and has a decent tip.

Can i (maybe) bring this to the meet? If i have it by then so you can solder the 2 chips on there? If that's no problem? And how's the B22?

I posted the status of the B22 a couple posts up. I feel offended that you didn't read it properly.
I have all the parts I need, but the project is on hold until after my tentamenweek.

That won't be necessary. I advice doing it yourself, and take the plunge. It's scary, but it's a good way to learn. And really, it's not that difficult once you actually go out and do it. Trust me.

What parts don't work remain a mystery.
I'm replacing all the parts except for the heat sinks.
