Hmm I have a Cowon J3, You must have known and you are just making it harder for me! Well one option is to get it reshelled into customs. But that will be pricey and it will be added to the price I'd already pay for it. I wonder what that offer I can't resist will be. :P

To be honest..i didnt know u had also a cowon..but its only a confirmation u like soundquality..but..its said my cowon d+ ( the complete metal one and not the latter version of plastics) sound more warmer and musical then the J3...
As i said..i am not in hurry..i will take them with me..along with 6 pairs of earpads..from small to big..trust me..u will love the sound of the westone...its one of a kind..three individual drivers in one small package..check the reviews..
Ps..about the price..am not kidding..u will fall on ur butt when i give u the price.. we talk more when u hear them in heerlen on the 18th

Now that some more people have signed up... Let me try this again... (Yes, I'm pretty desperate)

 

Anyone have a (cheap) USB DAC for sale/trade? I don't have a lot of money to spend, but I have some stuff to trade: AKG K830bt, 32GB CF modded iPod*, and as I can't get it to work with my laptop, my iBasso D2+ (works fine on other computers though, I guess it just doesn't like my laptop.)

 

When trading for the AKG, I'd like something like a Fiio E10 or Muse etc. (that Stoner Audio thingie or a headstage DAC cable would work too :) )

When trading for the iPod*, I'd like to get something like a Fiio E17 or Odac etc.

When trading for the D2+, I'd like to get something that has USB DAC and Portable amp functionality.

When trading for the whole lot, I'd like to get something like a Objective2/Odac combo or Maverick Audio TubeMagic D1 or something similar

And just in general: I'd prefer something with 24/96 support (not required though), what is required, is that it works well with my laptop. It doesn't have to be pretty, but no wrecks please :)

*5.5G iPod video 30GB, modded with:

- Tarkan iFlash CF adapter

- 32GB Transcend 400X CF card

- Higher capacity battery

The iPod is running Rockbox (yay! no need for iTunes!), and you get 2 charge/sync cables, 2 LODs: (dock -> 3.5mm female & Fiio L9) the original rear casing, an extra (transparent) front panel, the original battery (still ok, just wanted higher capacity), and the original HDD with it.

While the iPod works just fine, there is one problem with it. The display has a lot of dead pixels in it. These are all clustered together. As I no longer use it, I didn't feel like spending time/money on the repair (which is quite easy as the iPod has been opened before and also quite cheap as a replacement display can be found for less than $10 and that includes shipping). But if you are not confortable performing such repairs, I'm willing to do it for you. If you have the perfect trade for me, I'll even pay for the display :)

Man I am too old for hentai. I was too old for hentai ten years ago. Maybe in another ten I'll whip out my Adventure Kid VHS tapes again. Who knows what I'll do in ten years.
