For Sale: NOS Siemens E88CC/6922 - late 70's (A65E), matched pair

Sorry!  I never noticed that the listing had a reply!  I wasn't ignoring you, lol.

They were purchased on Ebay from a reputable seller in Germany...it was back in 2008, and I can't find any details any longer, but they were NOS and unused.  The seller listed test data in the listing, including results and the tester used, and in communication with him he guaranteed his results, but unfortunately I never kept any of this info, sorry . He also stated that they were only used once to test them, and when I received them they had no signs of use and the pins were pretty intact, so I was confident that they were NOS.  I only used them myself for approximately the hours listed (in truth it was most likely less than the hours I mentioned) which included a short 24 hour burn in period.  

Yes, price is negotiable, and I'd be open to a local meetup but I would prefer it to be with a member in good standing with the Head-Fi community. You've got one post (this one) and the last time you were online here was 9/26, when you posted it.  If I meet up with people I would prefer to see a little more history of active trading and a known good reputation. I'm not trying to be rude or insulting here...it's just that meeting up with random strangers that you meet online to exchange goods and cash and taking it on faith that they mean well can sometimes...go badly.  So that said, I would prefer to confine any trading to Head-Fi, via PMs or communication in the relevant threads.  If you decide that you DO want the tubes you can make payment via PayPal, and after that I would be happy to meet up someplace and hand them over to you.  That way we'd both have recourse if things went wrong (you, via a PayPal complaint, and me having the satisfaction of payment before the meetup).  Sorry if this all sounds so callous and untrusting, but that's modern life for ya, lol.
