What is the best possible portable amplifier for my Sony MDR-XB1000's?

I own a pair of XB1000's, which I use with my iPod Touch 4th Generation (64GB), I use the MyTunes Pro app to enhance the audio quality (I have all ALAC files), but the bass is lacking, and I know from experience that an amplifier will noticeably pump the bass, but I am having trouble choosing which one I like, does anybody have any suggestions, they would be much appreciated, thank you.

Try the Denon Audio app (its free).

What is your budget for amps?

I have been using the FiiO E17 and it works great.

Note: Be careful with amplified XB 1000's, they can do a number on your hearing real quick, use some volume restraint.

Try a cMoy BB from JDS labs, I got one for my XB700 and it brought out ALOT of clairty to the 700s, I'm looking forward to getting some Xb1000's myself and running em mah cMoy [plus the cMoy is cheaper :x]
