I have here something you definitely WON'T want to miss if you enjoy ultra high-quality music reproduction! It is a Technics SL10 Linear tracking turntable with a über high-quality EPS310mc cartridge! This set was made in between 1981 and 1986, and is widely recognized as the pioneer in linear-tracking direct-drive quartz-locked turntable design! No, it's not perfect, but it is very nice! It has some blemishes here and there, mostly on the lid. Also, the left clasp has to be held when closing the turntable, but that's the gentlest way to do it! I did my best to light the pictures to make it look the worst it ever will; it won't look nearly as bad in real life! I'm not able to examine the stylus real closely with a microscope, but it looks good to my eye and sounds amazing! It is usable with a typical moving-magnet phono preamp, as it has a moving coil stepup-amp inside for use with this amazing cartridge. When the stylus eventually wears out, SoundSmith in New York has a great retipping service!
