But holy schiit yeah. It's like Skyrim with much better story and storyline feel. It's so linear open.

aren't there multiple routes? Is there just one ending? asfdafsedfaewfafdsf. Only reason why I'd play a game/watch a walkthrough is b/c of the story.

Oh how times have changed.

How much did you pay for it? Dell often has special offers here in Australia, so the cheapest I've seen it was around $1100ish.

Deadly what do you even do for a living >_>. Seems you always have money.

Also thinking about picking up DmC. Too bad the russian key sites don't seem to include dmc4/3 with DmC. God I loved those games as a kid.

DmC is a worthy purchase, since you get 60FPS and high resolution textures. Gameplay wise, the platforming is a step forward, but the combat is a step back. Devil Trigger in particular is incredibly stupid- it forces all the enemies into the air, where they stay frozen for the duration. Really only useful for a few later boss fights.

Yeah I just don't really have time for games though. When I do I still have 4 or so games I still have to beat. In particular the batman series

Okay, Massive PC-fi post... I built myself a new computer today!!!

First, new monitor I got a couple of days ago:

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

700

700

700

Now for the stuff that showed up today:

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Yes, it does.

Opening the box...

It is indeed!

Cpu cooler (couldn't go stock Intel now, could we?)

Going server class...

All the new stuff.

Accessories that came with the Extreme6

And the board itself.

That pretty CPU cooler...

Time to extract 16GB of RAM from my HTPC...

Done! :D

My old Desky ready to be take apart

SATA card (Green), 8800GT (red), X-Fi Xtrememusic (Black)

Motherboard ready for removal

New motherboard in all it's glory

CPU installed...

Thermal paste applied..

Funny story here. I was out of motherboard standoffs for the case, so I spent about an hour and a half locating some from a friend.

Zip ties, best way to mount stuff... :D

New mobo installed :D

Sorry I didn't have any better pics of the final build, but I was eager to turn it on and play with it!

The only stressing thing I've been able to do to it so far is convert a whole album in DBpoweramp... (FLAC-> LAME V0)

The E3 1230 V2 has Hyper Threading which makes a good CPU an amazing CPU. Drop the price to $230 and it is even sweeter.

But dam. 13 seconds...jelly

That's insane Mechy! My I5 can't do that!

...Damn it, I really can't upgrade my PC for a few years.  Ah, at least I can hopefully get better peripherals (keyboard, speakers, monitor; I already have a G5 mouse, so that's great).

Sigh, and now I need a new power supply...

Suggestions for cheap and cheerful PSUs?

If you want a good database for PSU reviews, check here: http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page541.htm

I was recommended this site by Tom's Hardware, so I'm assured that it'll point you in the right direction.

Are you going to be running a single GPU setup?

I agree. Corsair sell good PSUs. The Antec basiq range and Coolermaster Silent pro m are also decent for the price.
