I need to get more materials. Can't find black rough aluminum (closest thing to the black anodized look I can think of).

Only need to add a few more things to that model and its basically production ready. I've been spending a little too much time with this.

Here is the deal boys.

I just posted it.

I found and did it all yesterday but deleted the post very quickly. Mainly to secure that my friend had a chance at buying it. Which he did a few hours ago.

How loud is this particular card? The cooling on it doesn't look like it's reference.

It doesn't look reference but it looks crappy lol.

Use AB custom profile and you'll be fine. All those complaining of schiit like that don't understand and always just use auto fan control. Remember. Most PC gamers are idiots. They are the ones you don't hear about or post. but do when their stuff breaks.

Read my post on the thread. It should answer most of your concerns.

Well, I decided to go for it. Sounds like noise and heat are a non-issue and this GPU can be OCd so I can probably get it closer to the 1GHz that the GTX 770 has without much trouble. Plus it comes with 3 games, so there's also that. You can sell the games or simply enjoy them.

I didn't see the $20 savings when checking out with BML, I assume that gets worked in later on?

Are you a new account user?

Your $20 credit will appear on your Bill Me Later® statement in 1-2 billing cycles and not at checkout.

You get credit in the cycle

Yeah, I've never used BML because I don't like having payment plans just to have a payment plan. But to save $20? Sure. I'm willing to bet I can pay it off early anyways.

Yeah exactly

If you have the money to buy the GPU outright already. Why not save $20 through a payment plan targeted towards those that can't? That's an auto 10% discount....lol on top of the instant $70 that TD dropped (this card was $299.99 the other day for reals, not a fake 'was' price) and then you get a $15 promo on top of it.

Everything about that card looks horribly generic :p

I know! It's hilarious.

The funniest part are the retro 90s micro chip art on the cards faceplate.

But whatever. Good review on that card from a publication with good feedback on its performance/reliability.

Great price $120 below average so not bad

Idk if you said this earlier, but I'm gonna assume that you need to use a pics powered card with this?
