Good list, here is a few ideas I think might maximize performance/$:
Get the same CPU and a motherboard from Microcenter. Or.. 965 BE if you are lucky ;)
Free motherboard + cheap CPU = WIN!
From experience, the i5-4670k did not give me any noticeable performance increases in gaming (I had the 955 BE). ~1 fps maybe, but that was in Crysis 3 so I do not know. Would be more worthwhile if you had a bigger spending budget IMO.
PCI-e WiFi is not as good as USB (b/g/n?), might want to take that into consideration. TP-Link TL-WN822N sells at Microcenter for less than $12. Much stronger amplification, and separate antennae for 2.4 Ghz / 5 Ghz bands. I have A LOT of neighborhood traffic on 2.4 Ghz (Nobody has N routers, just the bundled schiit from WoW/Comcast/etc), and the WN822N really makes a difference.
Microcenter will price match anything from Newegg! They have way better service than Newegg
EDIT 2: Ignore this
Take any possible savings and put them into a 3rd party CPU cooler, e.g Hyper 212+ evo. The stock AM3+ cooler for AMD is schiit. Loud, and terribly poor at keeping CPU cool.
I do not see anything regarding Windows, so I would have to assume you are going Linux (makes more sense for the GTX 750), or you are going to pirate Windows (Makes less sense on a budget?)
P.S: I think the case is too much *no offense* .
I think I made the same comments the last time you asked this question haha.
EDIT: Cannot wait for these hotshots to shoot down my CPU recommendation
EDIT3: I like the 1x8GB because you have some room for upgrading. In another perspective, I see it a little pointless because your system really will not ever need 16GB, and Dual Channel actually will increase system throughput. eBay makes for a decent RAM source!
EDIT4: Editing is fun
EDIT5: Could use a Xonar DG just for the Optical Out
EDIT6: Did I mention editing is fun?
