PC Enthusiast-Fi (PC Gaming/Hardware/Software/Overclocking) - Page 202

I've heard the same about win7 vs win8 as far as FPS.  I do have the latest drivers they only made a 5 fps difference. With the old 13.4 it was even worse (like 10-15 fps average)

I'm having the same problem as everyone else here as far as CPU and GPU usage goes in the BF4 Beta. I'm running an 8350 @ 4.7GHz and it's constantly running at 85% while each of my 7970s is only running at 65%. This is all happening while I'm only getting roughly 50-60 FPS where I should be getting closer to 100 FPS. Something is terribly wrong and I really hope that DICE does something about it.

Ugh, hell no!  As someone who often keeps track of client whitelists, Tixati is not very popular with many trackers.  Besides, he also likely has a version of uTorrent in the 3.X line.  Downgrade to uTorrent 2.2.1 (I suggest build 25302) and if you need another client for magnet links, just get anything since I don't remember any private trackers using magnet links, only sites like TPB or KAT.  I use BitLord myself for magnet links, but I'm sure that there are other clients you can use for that.

I don't know, works for the trackers I use haha.

Tixati downloads fast and doesn't tax my older router as much as other clients.  Maybe utorrent is better,

Deluge also works very well for magnet links.

They should!

They'll have something new that's roughly equal in performance to the 7970 at the $299 price point, so hopefully, the street prices of the 7970 will go down a little bit too.

let's hope so. Although gawd knows what I'll be able to get for my 6950 xD maybe $100 if I'm lucky

At least it's playable for you... DICE probably already has it fixed given that the version they released as the "beta" is a super old build.  I doubt it will be playable for me (and many others) before the full game is released.

Nope. I have two Sapphire Vapor-X 7970 GHz Editions and they run fairly cool with the Vapor-X coolers. My top card maxes at 71C and the bottom card maxes at 68C. Both of them are running at 1150MHz/1550MHz.

That sounds really nice. I think I'll wait for the new amd gpus to come out and then get a second sapphire dual x. I had a similar oc on my gpu and got the same exact temps as your bottom card.

I heard when you but 8.1 itself, it'll be slightly more expensive than it is now on Amazon, I would say buy it now. Or am I wrong?

Triple 7970s with an overclocked 8350 and your getting fps like that WTF. It is beta if that helps

I didn't have a laptop either, but bought an extra key just in case XD

Okay guys:
WP vs Android vs iOS >> GO!

IMO:  WP > iOS > Android, and WebOS > Symbian > PalmOS > Sailfish > WP8  (PalmOS gets extra pts for nostalgia)
