Sound card worth upgrading to the Asus Xonar Essence ST?

My current source is the M-audio 2496 audiophile sound card($30 used, $85 new price range) to a Rolls HA43 Pro amp($45)

 

Would it be worth upgrading to the Asus Xonar Essence ST/STX for greater depth and sound stage quality??

 

My current sound card also has a SPDIF output so perhaps I can maybe get a better DAC?

 

 

Or even Asus XONAR DSX/DGX/DG,or Fiio E7,E10, E17?
 

 

And of course I want the best return.

 

I got 40 ohm Ultrasone pro 750's. Thanks!

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the Asus Xonar DSX
