in order to prove the tansparent pannel is wrong, The " Class A inside" and " 3rd anninversary " COME BACK" again.

and the transparent pannel was removed, it is clearly shown.

WHY?

Sorry Jack, I thought you meant an aluminuim piece like the early studios. Thanks.

This is getting interesting. I can faintly see the 3 in the 1st photo as well. Very odd to have a bit of both players on the back.

And then why would i go on to compliment the Studio 3rds sound?  This is insulting and worrying

I am going to contact some mods for reference in this matter and would be willing to send the thing through an intermediary to ensure it hasn't been (as you seem to be claiming) tampered with in any way,  and now because of this I would like conformation from you that if you do somehow come back and claim that I have tampered it (which I have 100% have not) you will return this defective player and you can watch me sell it at a momentous loss.

This conversation has thus been reported.  I am utterly shocked.

I think what Jack means is he is in a little disbelief as batch production times on the 2 units was very different. If your story and situation are true though, he will amend the problem. You said it yourself, via PMs, he is being very helpful and courteous. Why continue this charade publicly?

I know this might sound ridiculous but I genuinly now believe I am now being stitched up here due to my previous criticism of the rocoo p.

The first photo you can make out the 3rd, I have never claimed it is not a 3rd anniverary just that the faceplate put on, the image has not been doctored in anyway.  Can someone with photoshop chime in here?

Secondly I am aware that the panel does not fit there is a mm or so gap at the top and bottom, I wouldn't know how to take this apart.  If you say there is no possible way this happened at your factory/assembly then you must have done it delibratly.

Why would I destroy 2 players with a combined value of well over £300.  I have banged on for 2 weeks about being exited to get this and it has very fast turned into a nightman

Im sorry but why would i put myself in this position losing both money and credibility.  This behaviour is absolutely shocking  i now fear I am out of pocket 100's of pounds.

At the first reaction of Stozzer's complain email, we have treated his case is as the mistaken one.

In fact, we have very prompt answered STOZZER's email as following. and we have promised him we will be in charge of the returned express shipping fee. We think we have nothing to be further complained. We don't understand his motive to post the first picture for.

Yes you were and I commended you on it.  But i now believe if I send this item back I may not receive anything as well, I have been advised by mods that this may be the case.

And thank you very much Jack for posting my personal email!

The first set of pictures were fishy, you have to admit. I can see why Jack would be leery.

Your most recent video post proves your situation though, so case closed, IMO!

Mods have already confirmed they see why the pictures appear "fishy" just the reflectiveness of the surface and the faint appearrance of the 3rd.  In no way is this doctored and I even apologised for it being inverted in the very first post.

Thanks I hope it gets sorted, at the end of the day all I want is the player that was payed for.

Ill keep everyone updated as it moves forward.

Yeah I can faintly see the 3 and wording just whatever was reflecting off of it was making it near impossible to see... Hopefully this all works out for you all and we can have peace in the valley :P.

Reflecting off the top bezel of the macbook air, you can see the reflection of the isight camera in picture (which of course takes the pictures inverted).  I hope it comes good eventually as all I want is the player I ordered, nothing more nothing less.

Well it seems you are enjoying the sound somewhat? I really enjoy the Studio V and also really enjoyed the Rocoo BA. At least from what I heard the BA is closer to the V and IMO the hiss is even less than the newer 3rd ANV. I'll be selling it though once it's done on tour as the Studio V is a noticeable upgrade even from it.

Why not just post a video with both players side by side to prove that you haven't changed back panels?

And yeah the 3rd Anniversary lettering is visible, barely on the first pic. Pretty much every webcam takes inverted pictures by default, but there should be settings to turn the inversion off.

I hope you guys get this sorted out. Its a really nice dap.
