I can see how that could be a good thing for people with larger heads, but people with smaller heads might not want to use them because they may make the headphones too loose...

Anyways, I just put mine in a box (hippo case)when I'm not using them because I don't want them to get dusty sitting out.  eek.gif

Here are some related items on ebay:

I bought the bag in that second link; still waiting for it to arrive.  That hard case looks pretty cool, though.

How about small impressions after you get it?

I agree I don't like the massive text on those stands. It is a pity because the price is good.

I don't mind the BIG logo.  I'm gonna get one to try.

Probably a sticker that you can peel it off easily...

Mad Lust, is the logo removable?

"The Peridot uses 8mm thick plastic giving it a solid and sturdy feel, adding to this is the laser etched Brainwavz logo"

That sucker is on there good, lol. The text doesn't bother me.

As for the hose hooks, Nd banana holders, they don't play nice with headbands, and leave indentations. The Brainwavz stand is curved like a head, and dont leave any marks.

The banana holder I have is OK because you hang it from the metal headband rods. It's still tall enough. No way i'd use it for my HD-650 without some sort of padding.

The hose hook seemed to fall over for me way too much.

It's funny how they sell $200 headphone holders. Ugh. I guess i'm a cheapskate.

The Annie has made me go back to music I don't typically listen to.

You know a headphone is special if it takes you out of your comfort zone, and lets you appreciate the beauty of music you don't always listen to.

For anybody in the U.S., Best Buy sells a decent headphone stand for only $5. It's a Rocketfish branded product.

A picture of said stand with my Q701 hanging from it:

Almost makes me want to buy one but that is indeed a good thing :) Although I never did understand when people go x headphone is great for y genre but not so great with z genre.

I can kind of understand. There are headphones that specialize in genres due to emphasis on certain ranges that make particular genres more exciting and engaging.

The Annie is the very definition of all rounder. It does everything well, but it wouldn't replace a bass heavy headphone for my EDM fix. That's not to say I wouldn't be fine with them for those uses. If I could only own one headphone, it would be the Annie.

I'd be glad to.  TBH, though, head-fi user bala wrote a nice review of the bag on his blog, which you can find here.  That helped me a lot in making my decision to get the bag.
